Before You Begin

To complete your submission, it is helpful to have the following information ready:

  • Business name and description
  • Contact details
  • Address and postcode
  • Opening hours
  • Website and social links (please include full URL)
  • Business logo
  • Wide cover photograph
  • Accessibility and visitor information

The form can also be used to update an existing Stoke Road listing.

Please note: Our online form does not currently support image uploads. Once you have submitted your business details, please email your logo and any photographs you would like us to use to StokeRoad@stokeroad.co.uk.

We recommend including:

  • Your business logo (PNG preferred where possible)
  • A high-quality cover photograph
  • Up to five additional photographs of your business, products or services

Founding Business Offer

here is currently no charge to be included in the Stoke Road Independent Directory. All businesses that join before 30 June 2027 will receive their listing free of charge until that date.

As the directory grows and ongoing hosting, maintenance and development costs increase, we may introduce a small annual fee to help support the website and continue developing new features. Any future charges will be communicated well in advance, and businesses will always have the opportunity to decide whether they wish to continue their listing.

Our aim will always be to keep the directory affordable while continuing to champion and support independent businesses across Stoke Road.

Our online form doesn't currently support image uploads. Once you've submitted your business details, please email your images to StokeRoad@stokeroad.co.uk.

Please include your business name in the subject line so we can match your images to your submission.

To help us create your listing, please send:

  • Your business logo – ideally a square image (600 × 600 px). If your logo isn't square, we'll crop or adjust it to fit our standard layout where possible.
  • A cover photograph – ideally a landscape image (1600 × 900 px / 16:9 ratio). If you don't have a suitable image, feel free to send several photographs and we'll choose the one that works best or create a suitable crop where possible.
  • Any additional photographs you'd like us to consider for your listing.

We want every business listing to look its best, so if you're unsure which images to send, simply send your favourites and we'll do our best to make them work.

Listings are provided as a community resource. Stoke Road Community reserves the right to edit submitted text for clarity, resize images and decline submissions that are incomplete, inaccurate or not relevant to the Stoke Road area.
